As an admin, you can create any number of forms you like. A form is in its current version a simple one-form field setup where members of the app can answer a question in terms of a free text answer.
Any sent-in form answers can be reviewed in a separate list connected to the form. Answers can be deleted, but then keep in mind that it will also be deleted for the member in the app so that when they revisit the sent-in form their old answer will no longer be there.
To comply with the GDPR guidelines: Also, if the user deletes himself/herself from the application, the data will no longer be stored with us.
Setting up a form
Start by clicking the plus icon from the form list. Then fill out the different fields defining the form:
The title is mainly only for internal referencing and is not visible to the member in the app when a form is integrated into a page. But if the form is linked to a standalone (not as part of a page), then this field will display as the title of the form in the app.
The description is displayed in the app above the form field itself
Set the label of the form field.
Decide the max length of an answer.
Set the help text of the form field to be displayed in the app.
Set the text of the button to send the answer in the app.
Decide if the member is allowed to edit a sent-in answer or not and set the text of the update button (this button will be lit up in the app if the user edits the text in the form field in the app.

What A Form Looks Like in The App:
This presents a generic view of how a form might look in the app. This specific form has the "Can update response" ticked in the form settings allowing members to change an already committed answer. The form is placed as an integrated part of a page but could also be presented as a standalone.
Once you receive replies, it will appear on the form list below.
Upon clicking the received answer option, a tab like the one shown below opens which contains all the details of the members sending the form answers. The date of receipt shows the details of the time so that you can trace the last update received from the members.
The Form receipt timings are mentioned in milliseconds for you to easily track the latest form response received from a user.
Admins can delete a form response, however, an alert appears before they delete the entire form.
