Page Module - Creating and Interlinking Pages in BO

Page Module:

As a Loialcard application admin, you can create any number of pages depending on your requirements. You can also set up hierarchy structures by linking pages to each other internally. The created pages can be accessed from the menu and can be rearranged in ascending or descending alphabetical order. The Page will reflect the information you want to communicate to your audience.

Setting up the Page:

From the admin panel, go to the “Page” element. After entering the Page, you press the “+” sign to create a new page for your business.

In the “Add Page” fields, you need to define the title of the page which will be reflected on the members’ screen.

Enter the page description, which contains information like what the page is about, what details your user will get after landing on this page, etc. In the description column, adjust the Headpoints, whether you want to make the text look like a header, add a subheading, or just write it as normal text.

Also, Play around with the font style option that is provided over the platform. You can make the fonts Bold, Italic, or Underline them as per your requirements.

When creating or editing a page, you now have access to a new AI writing assistant to help craft your page description. This can be particularly useful if you want to improve clarity, enhance engagement, or simply get suggestions for better wording. To use this feature, click on the AI button located in the top-left corner of the description text box. The AI can help you generate text, rephrase content, or provide ideas for headings and subheadings. This makes it easier and faster to produce high-quality content for your pages while maintaining a professional tone.

You can use bullets, numbering, check alignment, add links, images, or anything that you want in your description text.

As an Admin, you can attach a form to the page, if you want your users to fill out the form for an event registration or anything. From the dropdown button, select the form that fits the description for your event. If you want to create a new form, read the article on the Form module.

Next, you have an option to add a page header image that will appear as a banner image for your page. This banner image will appear on the top of the page on your members’ screen.

Also, you can add links to an event. You can add internal or external links depending on where you want your members to be redirected. However, the link should be labeled and will be visible to your audience.

You can delete the link if you feel that the labeled link is no longer in use.

Admin can rearrange the labels by just dragging and dropping the labels.

As an admin, you can manage your pages as per your requirements. You can also edit the pages to curate a better experience for your audience.

On a page, you can also create an item and select the Gallery content type to display images, videos, or slideshows. Galleries allow you to present content in a visually engaging way, with options to crop images, apply filters, and organize multiple items. How to make the created page visible on the member’s screen?

To add the page on the member’s screen, go to the settings panel and jump on to the Navigation settings. Add a homescreen label, and define the interlink of the page that you have created.

Similarly, you can also add a label to menu settings and make them visible on the screen.

Upon saving this, the page is visible on your member’s screen as shown below.

Once the member clicks on the Page created, they can now access every detail about the page that you have created as an admin.
