Alert Setting For Manual Approval of Members

Alert update on member approval request:

  • If you have selected the manual approval of new members in the settings menu, you will have to assign an admin email ID who will receive the approval requests.

  • If you have not selected the manual approval option, you can skip the steps.

  • Please follow the steps below to assign an admin in the settings panels.

  • Go to the “Alert” section from the “Settings” panel.

  • Click on the drop-down to open the list of authorized admins.

  • You can select one admin or multiple admins who will receive an alert notification for incoming member approval requests.

  • Admins receiving the alert notification will have to approve or reject the member requests.

  • One thing to note here is, that irrespective of the admin receiving the alert notification, any system admin can approve the member. It is just that the assigned email ID would receive the update about the incoming member approval requests.

  • If at any point, you feel that a specific admin is not needed in the setup, you can remove the admin email ID from the list.

  • Click on the “Save” button to save your alert settings.

Note: Loialcard is fully GDPR compliant, and doesn’t send any member’s details in alert emails.
