Loialcard is a dynamic platform designed to empower you in building an app that strengthens customer engagement and fosters loyalty in your community.
To help you communicate effectively with your audience, our platform enables app administrators to create both Pages and Events, each with distinct roles and purposes. These modules are tailored to different needs, providing versatile ways to connect with your members.
Below, we will outline example use cases for both modules, so you can clearly understand how to use each one and maximize the value of your interactions with customers.
Starting with a Page:
A page provides a comprehensive overview of an event. It facilitates title creation and a description where you can show full details of the event. The page doesn’t have any timestamps and is here to stay in the system as long as you want it.
You can update the page title if you wish to change the name of it to something more relevant.
Page facilitates “Form” selection, which allows you to collect details from the users from the Page itself.
Additionally, you can also add an interlink to the page. This interlink can be anything from a page, form, or an event. This hyperlink will redirect the user directly to that particular event or location details.
Now for Events:
Event is a timestamped comprehensive overview of only Event but it is way more structured. Events are listed on the list of events page and can stay there until deleted.
The title of the event is kept very short and to the point of the very specific Event. The description describes in detail the highlights of the Event, the activities, the timings for each activity, or anything specific to the event.
Again, link management allows you to add internal and external links. The internal links can be a page, form, or an event. This again will redirect the users to that particular page or the location details.
You can connect both Events and Pages to the Homes screen and Menu Shortcuts.
To compile the thoughts,
The page provides a holistic view of multiple things and can be made as descriptive as possible. Events on the other hand are particularly useful to cover all the information specific to an event only.
