Through the API (Application Program Interface) keys possible to setup in the administrative panel of the app, it is possible to let other systems both read data from about users of the app, as well as write user data into the user profiles. The full list of data fields per users is made available including dynamic data fields setup specifically for your app.
Apart from access to the user data, the API provides control over sending notifications to a specific app user. This way external CRM and Marketing Automation systems can be set up to use the app as an additional channel of communication.
App users have verified email addresses meaning that matching an app user with a user in an external system can be done based on email address (as long as the email address has been verified also in the external system). If a match on email address can be identified, data can this way safely be shared between the systems through the API. Finding such a match also opens for the possibility to send notifications trigger externally to that specific user.
