Loialcard's listing system is standardized across all platform areas, ensuring consistency in how data is displayed and managed. Whether you are dealing with Locations, Members, Card Themes, Events, Pages, or Forms, the procedure for listing multiple items follows the same format. This unified approach ensures that no matter where you are on the platform, the listing process will be identical to the procedure mentioned below.
Let’s understand the process step-by-step, using the “Locations” field as an example.
The number displayed in numeric represents the total number of locations that the admin has entered.
Here is the list of fields that you can sort in various modules in BO.
Locations: Name and Category
Members: Email ID, Name, Membership card, Date
Card Themes: Theme Name
Events: Event Name
Pages: Page Title
Forms: Name and Description
Below the total number of entries, you will find the "Search" bar, which allows you to search for a specific entry. Simply type at least three letters of your location query, and the results will automatically filter.
By default, the entries are sorted based on the dates they were created.
However, you can also sort the entries alphabetically by clicking the “sort” button marked with an arrow symbol. The results will then be displayed in either A-Z or Z-A order. However, the numbers in the respective fields also affect the sorting. The fields with numbers at the beginning are on the top of the arrangements in ascending filter.
You can look out for an arrow sorting symbol to check columns with sorting options
You will find the pagination controls at the bottom of the page you are currently on (in this case, the Locations page). These allow you to navigate through the listings across multiple pages.
Click on the page number that you want to navigate to, and you will be automatically redirected there.
You can also choose how many entries you want to view on the screen by selecting an option from the dropdown menu. You can opt to display 10, 50, or 100 entries at a time.
The number of entries you selected will be displayed on the screen.
For example, if you set the view to 50 entries and navigate away to the Admin Panel, the listing view will remain at 50 when you return to the page.
However, if you refresh the browser, the settings will revert to the default setup.
