Welcome to Loialcard as an admin! The interface in front of you is the Admin Back Office, where you will have full control over all its features, components, and tools.
If you need assistance navigating or understanding any components, our Intercom Help Center is here to help. We have integrated Intercom to provide you with seamless and efficient support.
Simply click the LC-Intercom icon at your screen's bottom right corner for immediate assistance.
An intercom pop-up will open after hovering over the icon and clicking on it. And this is the space where all your queries will be answered.
As you can see there are 3 different tabs, Home, Messages, Help, and News.
The Home tab consists of your interaction with the intercom help center and it also has a facility that allows you to send a message to the help desk.
Next is, Messages that have a list of past interactions that you do with the admin platform.
Then you have a Help tab which is the main point of concern for you right now. The Help is a collection of helpful information about every component of the Loialcard application. The collection of articles is named based on the type of content help you will be able to get through the collection.
For example, if you click on the Managing app members collection, it will open up all the articles listed under the collection and the topics related to managing members.
Click on any of the articles, to read the article thoroughly.

You can go back to the Home page and send us a message. In the message section, you can write a text message, add a GIF, or attach a screenshot image to further explain your queries to us.
