Store settings are an essential and secure configuration area within an app, accessible only to authorized administrators of Loialcard. To access store settings go to Admin→ Settings→ Store Settings.
The store settings setup allows administrators to define all necessary parameters and information required for publishing the application in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You should perform proper configuration to ensure seamless submission and updates for the app in these digital marketplaces.
Private Email
A private email address is an email address that serves as the primary communication bridge between the app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and your application.
While communication with stores typically flows through the Admin email addresses, certain app-related matters, such as issues related to the app’s age rating, may also be directed to this email. For this reason, we recommend using the account holder’s email address here to ensure these communications are received without delay.
Remember, if anything goes wrong (hopefully not), this is the email where you will receive all the communications.
Public Email:
Android applications require a public email as part of the app setup. This email address is displayed on the app’s description page in the Google Play Store and is used by the users to contact you. It would be great to provide an accessible and responsive public email, as users may utilize it to inquire about app support or to report other issues.
Square logo:
The square logo is the visual representation of the application that appears in the app store.
Store language:
The Store Language setting allows you to choose the language in which your app’s description and related information will be displayed to users in the app stores.
Language Options Available:
English
Spanish
Swedish
The language you select here will determine the app's presentation on the store. This includes key details such as app descriptions, features, and other important information, ensuring it is accessible and clear to users who speak that language.
Note: The list will be updated when we add more languages to the settings.
Privacy Policy URL:
This is a predefined URL generated by Loialcard that links to your application's privacy policy. It’s important to note that the admin or developers cannot modify this URL, as Loialcard automatically provides it.
Delete Account URL :
Similar to the privacy policy, the Delete Account URL is also generated by Loialcard and cannot be changed. This URL allows users to delete their accounts from the app, in line with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
Short Description
The short description is a short, 30-character subtitle that helps define your app and increase its visibility in the app store. It plays a key role in attracting user attention and must communicate the core value or purpose of your app.
Here are some App Subtitle Examples and Description Templates
Full Description:
The Full Description field in the app store setup is where you provide a detailed overview of your application. This description gives users a clear understanding of what your app offers, and how it functions, and highlights its key features.

App Store category:
The Application Category is important for your app store setup, as it determines where your app will appear when users search for apps in the Apple App Store. This category helps users find your app more easily by associating it with relevant tags, such as "Health & Fitness," "Education," or "Books."
Play Store category:
The Application Category in the Google Play Store determines where your app will be listed and how it will be displayed when users search for applications. Choosing the right category ensures your app is grouped with similar applications, making it easier for users to discover it.
App Screen Drive Link:
Google Drive folder containing all the screenshots and images used in your app’s store listing. This link ensures that the images presented on the app’s store page are easily accessible and organized in one central location.
Keywords:
The Keywords field (used only for iOS setup) allows you to specify the search terms you want your app to appear under in the store search results. These keywords can help you improve your app’s visibility, as they help users find your app when searching for relevant terms. However, you can skip putting any keywords there, if you feel that there is no such requirement.
Here are some example keywords to paste into your BO if you represent a golf club:
Golf, Golfbana, Golfapp, Greenfee, Medlemskap, Driving range, 18-hålsbana, Golfrestaurang
Copy right:
The name of the person or entity that owns the exclusive rights to your app, preceded by the year the rights were obtained (for example, “2008 Acme Inc.“).
Support URL:
A URL with support information for your app. This appears on your app’s product page once you release your app on the App Store.
